For U.K. mainland we operate a free shipping service for all orders over £15, £1.95 for orders under £15. For international shipping please email us for a quote - hello@wbroast.co.uk.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
We work on all orders in the order that we receive them. Normally we dispatch parcels either the same or next working day. However during very busy periods it may take an extra day or two for your parcel to be dispatched.
All our parcels are sent using First Class Royal Mail or DPD delivery service. If you are out when the parcel arrives, it can be collected from your local Royal Mail depot.
Please contact hello@wbroast.co.uk for any returns. Returns can be made for any unsatisfactory products and full refund given. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your purchase to allows us to look into your query.
If your order becomes damaged in transit, we ask for you to provide photo evidence so we can process the refund through Royal Mail.

As the new owner of a bean to cup machine I wanted to try a variety of roasts to see which works best for the machine. Sadly I can confirm they are ALL lovely - each with a distinct flavour from mild all day smoothness to wake you up and get you going punch. I cannot choose, they are all so lovely! If you have a coffee lover in your life who you don't know what to get for a birthday/Christmas/house warming present, then I can thoroughly recommend this as there is no way you can pick a bad coffee for however they like theirs.

Bought these as a gift and they arrived very quickly and were gratefully received. Would definitely order again.
Of the 3 packs that I have received, I’ve only tried the Signature Gold so far. It makes the perfect black coffee for my breakfast and with finer grind, prolonging the brew and slowing the flow on a Gaggia Babila, it makes a quite punchy espresso.

I was going to write to you today to say how much I am enjoying your coffee. It is wonderful! I purchased your starter pack (a great idea for new customers to sample a few of your blends) last week. I have tried the Signature Gold and began to panic slightly when I realised I needed more. I have given the Black Gold for my son to try and I am looking forward to sampling the Rich Italian today. Great service - easy to order and it arrived very promptly. Good to be able to support a local company whose sustainability mission is so positive. Thank you.
Really enjoying the flavours and don't get the headaches I do with some mass production brands like Starbucks beans. Only issue for me is affordability moving forward as I really want to 'support local' but it's costly. Clearly worth it if you can afford it.
