Packer / Barista

We would love to hear from an enthusiastic, engaging, coffee-loving operator for our roastery. We are a friendly, family owned growing business with many years experience in the coffee trade. Working independently and with a colleague, you must be confident in serving customers, managing your own serving area and stock levels. Also IT literate to print packing slips and preparing online customer orders. Preparing boxes, coffee bags & labels. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Serving customers

• Cleaning down and maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• Signing log books

• Preparing customer orders

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

• Sales experience 

• Customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Confident & ability to self-manage

• Proactive

• Responsible and happy to work independently

• Previous Barista experience
