I found the signature gold coffee taste to be good balance between fruity and bitterness. Plenty of crema, just a bit less than Italian rich.
We bought an Espresso machine knowing nothing about coffee beans, roasting, grinding, etc etc. We visited the roastery and the guys were so helpful and knowledgeable. They provided small samples for us to try and now we are making delicious coffee every morning. Our go to bean is the Rich Italian.
The roasting and shipping service is fantastic and so reliable and the whole coffee experience second to none.

With a better grinder I think I could get more flavours but it's tasting great in an American and a latte
