These signature gold beans are delicious! 18g in 36g out in 26 seconds at 9 bar was where I found delicious caramel flavours with enough acidity and strength to cut through the milk. Easily top 3 of my favourite beans. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to try the rest WBR have to offer. They are also organic which is a huge plus.

I’ve been trying different places and am so pleased I found these roasters. Great tasting fresh coffee And as for the price really good especially when postage is considered. Only bought 1 bag to try will definitely be buying more next time Arive next day after posting which was fabulous especially as I live in Northern ireland.

Really competitively priced, the delivery is on point, and what stands out is the fact that the beans are just roasted prior to dispatch - you can't get fresher than that! The beans are organic, which is important when sourcing pesticide-free coffee. This is a winning combination for any coffee lover!
Thought I should get a decent storage container for my fantastic WBR ground coffee. I saw the Airscape on their website and thought I’d get one, I wasn’t disappointed.
The jar is excellent, the way the unit expels the air means the coffee is kept in tip top condition, I’d certainly recommend it to anyone.
At 500g, it handles the standard ‘bag’ of grounds perfectly.
Good quality Coffee bean, do the work well, I am surprised they have free delivery, absolutely will return.

I’m Alex, and what started in 2014 with a single coffee van (and a dream) has now become West Berkshire Roastery - complete with two coffee roasters and a Labrador who thinks he’s the CEO.
Along the way, I uncovered some truths: coffee is the planet’s most sprayed crop. Pesticides? Chemicals? Absolutely everywhere. So, I ditched the usual beans and went on a quest for the good stuff: direct-traded coffees that don’t come with a side of artificial pesticides.

Our logo tips its hat to the local Berkshire county flag, proudly featuring a stag and oak. This iconic combo has roots dating back to Michael Drayton’s 1627 poem Battle of Agincourt, where he wrote about the men of Berkshire marching under the symbol of "a Stag, under an Oake that stood."
The stag’s impressive twelve-point antlers—a hallmark of a "royal stag"—nod to Berkshire’s title as the "Royal County of Berkshire."
Together, the stag and oak perfectly capture the county’s heritage of majestic deer herds and lush forests. It’s a little slice of history, brewed right into our brand!
