What is a micro-lot coffee?
Microlot coffee refers to coffee that has been harvested from a particular plot of land or a single farm, and processed separately from the rest of the coffee to showcase its unique qualities.
It could be a small batch of specially-processed coffee, or a lot of coffee that has extra preparing, harvesting, effort, and labour into it or high standards of production.
Microlot coffee is traceable to a particular region or lot, where the beans undergo the same climate, soil, altitude, and processing. Working a smaller area of land allows the farmers to focus their time and attention to developing the coffee’s truly unique and wonderful qualities.
